What to Expect
Your session, explained.
Your practitioner shows up at your door with all the equipment — mat, everything. You don't need to set up or prepare anything.
They'll ask what's been tight or bothering you, and the session works from there. You stay fully clothed and lie or sit on the mat while they move your body through ranges you can't hit on your own.
This isn't massage — there's no soft-tissue work. It's movement-based. Most people feel the difference as soon as they stand up.
